Mark Spector

Mark Spector (born November 22, 1965 | Edmonton, Alberta) is a Canadian sports writer and columnist.〔(Mark Spector Bio Archive - sportsnet.ca )〕 He currently writes and covers a wide variety of sports with a focus on hockey for Sportsnet.〔(Articles by Mark Spector )〕 Spector used to host the Mark Spector Show on the TEAM 1260 from noon-2 daily, but ended his run when the station switched over to become TSN Radio.
Prior to working with Sportsnet, Spector was a reporter and columnist with The National Post, The Edmonton Journal and The University of Alberta student newspaper The Gateway. Spector also spent time co-hosting Total Sports on the Team 1260 with host Bob Stauffer.
In 2014, Mark Spector founded the (Mark Spector Golf Classic ), an annual tournament held in Edmonton to benefit the local charity (Sport Central ).
